Sync Home Concierges is an advertising and marketing organization that provides a free concierge service to homeowners. We partner with reputable contractors who, like any business, have a marketing budget already in place.

Marketing Fee: Contractors in our network agree to pay Sync Home Concierges a marketing fee only after a project referred by us is successfully completed and the contractor has been paid by the homeowner. This is a performance-based fee, not a referral fee on your quote. Our model is designed to be a "win-win" solution, ensuring the contractor's investment is tied directly to a completed job. This differs from national platforms that may charge high fees for un-vetted leads that do not result in a guaranteed job, a practice that can potentially force pricing up to cover those costs.

No Influence on Pricing: Sync Home Concierges has no control over the pricing of a contractor's services. We do not condone contractors adjusting their prices to cover our fee. We expect any reputable company to have a percentage of jobs allocated to future marketing efforts.

2. Your Role and Decisions

Your Independent Decision: You are under no obligation to hire any contractor referred by Sync Home Concierges. Your hiring decision is entirely your own, based on the quotes, credentials, and information you gather.

Direct Contract: The contract for any work performed is solely between you and the independent contractor you choose. We do not act as a party to that agreement, nor do we arrange for contracting work—we simply curate quotes.

3. Referral Relationships

Other Professionals: Sync Home Concierges maintains relationships with a wide network of professionals (e.g., real estate brokers, attorneys). Our collaborations are based on these professionals sending us homeowner referrals to help their clients at no cost. We do not receive a referral fee from any professional partners. This is a transparent way for us to provide with valuable resources.
