A: Sync employs a multi-faceted marketing approach to bring you quality homeowner project requests. This includes strategic PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, social media advertising, and direct mail outreach. Crucially, we also cultivate a diverse network of job referral partners like real estate brokers, probate attorneys, estate planners, and property managers. Homeowners submit detailed project requests to Sync, and our system then vets contractors based on licensing, insurance, and proven track records, sending you relevant, pre-qualified opportunities that match your services and service area.
A: Your client's information is always held with the utmost confidentiality. We only share necessary project details with contractors directly matched to their specific request after confirming their interest.
A: We keep you in the loop. You'll receive text and/or email updates from us once contractors have been matched to your client's request, and at other key stages of the quote process.
A: We offer flexible options. You can either submit a form online with the necessary project details, or simply refer your client to us. We can then call either you or your client to gather the required information. Attaching or copying repair addenda verbiage directly into the form or providing it during our call is incredibly helpful for aligning quote requirements.
A: Absolutely! We are here to support your existing relationships. If you have a preferred contractor you'd like included, simply let us know. We will add them to the curated list sent to your client and highlight that they are your personal referral, ensuring full transparency.
A: No. Any contractor who secures a job by being directly referred by you for a specific client does not pay Sync a marketing fee. We offer this as a courtesy to maintain strong, transparent, and integrity-driven professional relationships within the real estate community. If that contractor wishes to receive additional opportunities from other Sync homeowners, they can then join our broader network.
A: No, Sync is not a licensed General Contractor, and we do not arrange for contracting services to be completed. We act as a curator—a trusted third-party platform designed to streamline the quote process by connecting your clients with thoroughly vetted professionals. Think of us as a concierge-level service, similar to a national listing platform, but with a personal account representative tied to each project, and without the demand for contractors to pay upfront for client proposal requests.
