A: You can easily refer a claimant by completing a dedicated online form or by contacting your Sync relationship manager directly. We will then gather the necessary project details from the claimant to begin the quote process.
A: No. Any contractor who secures a job by being directly referred by you for a specific client does not pay Sync a marketing fee. We offer this as a courtesy to maintain strong, transparent, and integrity-driven professional relationships within our entire Sync network. If that contractor wishes to receive additional opportunities from other Sync homeowners and/or professional partners, they can then join our broader network.
